The image of a young woman dying on an Iranian street during recent protests has been seared into our soul. No one knew her murder was connected to a plan hatched by lawyers in new York City, or that it was not the first murder by these lawyers.
The group is supporters of the late Shah of Iran to office, with help from member of the Pavlevi Family acting under the protection of the United States government are involved.
The plot began in a New York City Law Firm in 2003. A criminal case in New York City revealed the existence of a cell of Iranian attorneys and expatriates loyal to the family of the late Shah of Iran, Raza Pavlevi. The cell has been at work for six years on the project, working to overthrow the current Iranian government.
At first glance the case filed in Federal Court, in the New York City suburb of Central Islip appears to be a simple Ponzi scheme fraud case. (see U.S. -v- Celani cr-09-405-E.D.N.Y.) However, many odd twists reveal themselves in this case.
First, originally the case was brought in Los Angeles, California, as a civil case ( s.e.c.-v-Rainmaker. cv-05-6121 USDS C.D of California) S.E.C. Litigation release 19347, August 24, 2005.
In Los Angeles the focus of the case was an Iranian national named Alireza Dilmaghani. This man is the Iranian -Pro-Shah mastermind. Then the case is mysterious moved to New York City. Not in the main New York City Federal Court but, to an obscure hamlet called Central Islip. At this point the Iranian totally disappears from the case with Frederick Celani in his place.
The case was reported in the New York Post in August 2005 on two occasions. Both articles focus on Alireza Dilmaghani.
The next articles focus on Celani only and never mention Dilmaghani again.
The strange events of this case include that Dilmaghani was allowed to keep his law license even though he was guilty of fraud. Dilmaghani applied for a Green Card based upon a fake marriage to Pamela Checo, another fraud nothing was done about even though the FBI was aware of these facts. Dilmaghani has claimed nothing can be done to him because of his father's powerful connections in the U.S. State Department and the United Nations. Apparently Dilmaghani's boasting is based in reality. Dilmaghani breaks the law repeatedly and the FBI ignores the crimes.
Celani informed the FBI and Department of Justice that he was forced to participate in Dilmaghani Law Firm, under duress that his children would be harmed or killed.
Celani told the FBI that Dilmaghani was partners with a man named Daniel Furman, a Jewish attorney who worked for the United Nations. Furman worked in Bosnia- Hertzegovina on ethnic cleansing investigations and weapons of mass destruction location issues. Furman was closely tied to the Russian Mafia and laundered many millions of dollars for the Russians.
Celani told the FBI the Furman& Dilmaghani took over Celani's small law firm the Freedom Forum of New York and made threats against Celani's family to force Celani's Compliance. Celani told the FBI that Dilmaghani and Furman had an argument as Dilmaghani wanted to engage in acts against Israel which Furman objected to, and Dilmaghani killed Furman.
The FBI did nothing.
The Dilmaghani's family is well known from the days of Shah of Iran. The Dilmaghani family was powerful under the Shah and connected to Savak Irans Secret Service and close to the Pavlevi family who now lives in New York City.
The Obama Justice Department is covering up the fact that Dilmaghani laundered tens of millions of dollars from U.S. sympathizer of the Shah that was sent to Iran to overthrow the present Iranian State and bring the Shah's family back to power.
The Pro-Shah elements are alive and well and working to overthrow Iran's government.
Dilmaghani operates with free license from the FBI and Obama. No one knows about the Dilmaghani family as it is kept a secret.
The people in Iran must speak up and denounce the U.N.& FBI for the actions of the U.S. puppet Alireza Dilmaghani.
The U.S. government protects Dilmaghani because he is Pro-Shah and working to overthrow the religious Muslim State of Iran.
Tell everyone you know that the lady you saw dying on the street in Iran was symbolically killed by a Pro-Shah attorney in New York City.
